Contests on social media may build your following but it won’t necessarily increase your sales. This year promise me you will spend more time thinking about what you could say to your customers that would move them to buy from you. Do you have a unique way of doing things? Are the people involved in your company talented or interesting? How do you better the lives of others?
In other word, think about why a customer should care about you.
